You agree and understand that the company will not notify you if you have WON. It is your responsibility to check before the expiry date on the company’s system / SMS as stated on the printed directory to be informed if you have WON Products / Services / Holidays etc offered to you as Instant WIN, SMS or Print prize/s. If WON, you can claim your prize at the location/s as indicated on the offer. It is your responsibility to collect your Prize at the correct location before the expiry date. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Instant Win, SMS Prize/s: The Company will confirm by SMS if you have WON within 24 hour after you have checked your ticket number as stated on the printed directory. To redeem your prize at a participating business you must show your ticket number and confirmed SMS to the business offering the prize, personal identification may be required in some instances.
Holiday Prize/s: If WON, the Company will contact you by mail within 14 days after you have checked your Ticket Number as stated on the printed directory. You must show you Ticket Number to claim your prize; personal identification may be required in some instances. The company’s decision is final and no further correspondence or discussions will be entered into regarding any draw / winner.
You must contact the Company within 7 days if you cannot redeem your prize at a participating business. The company is not responsible or liable in any way for these prizes and will not be involved in any legal proceedings to redeem your prize/s or any part thereof. However, the company may provide you with relevant information to substantiate your claim. The company has the right to add, delete or amend these terms and condition at any time in the interest of all parties as it sees fit. |
