MAGNUM OF TAHBILK SHIRAZ
Established in 1860 Tahbilk is one of Australia’s most beautiful and historic wineries. This lovely 2005 Shiraz has been made utilising traditional Tahbilk techniques with fermentation taking place in open oak vats, then a period of maturation in French oak for 18months prior to bottling. There is no denying the feeling of wonderful decadence to pour from a magnum at a dinner party – or whatever the occasion! Value: $30

THREE PAINTINGS BY OUR VERY OWN ROBERT POWER
Robert has been a painter for over 25 years with five solo exhibitions in London and one in Australia. Before coming to Melbourne in 2005 he was a member of the Chocolate Factory artists in North London and contributed to four group exhibitions. He has sold over 50 paintings, with numerous commissions in London and also one in Rome. He has also illustrated the covers for two book series. He is a colourist who paints in oil on canvas. Inspiration derives from many years of international travel, where ideas and sketches are transformed into abstract landscapes, as depicted in the three paintings to be auctioned for World AIDS Day. His paintings have sold for between $250 to $3000.

VH-ERC is a fully restored 1946 Ercoupe, the only one of its type flying in Australia. With a unique twin-tail design, this two-seater open cockpit plane won the prestigious “Concourse d’Elegance – Champion of Champions” award for best aircraft on the field at the 2005 Avalon Airshow. This prize is a one hour flight for one, (or two 30 minute flights) from Tyabb airfield.
